Heat-Shrinkable Sleeve Tape (Round Type)

Product Introduction

This heat-shrinkable sleeve, also known as tubular heat-shrink sleeve, is designed for corrosion protection at pipeline girth welds in oil/gas transmission systems, urban gas networks, heating pipelines, and water supply pipelines. Composed of radiation-crosslinked polyolefin backing and specialty hot-melt adhesive, it bonds securely to polyethylene substrates, steel pipes, and epoxy coatings. When heated, the sleeve shrinks radially while the adhesive melts, forming a continuous protective layer that integrates with existing pipeline coatings.

i) Three-layer version (with primer):

Base: Solvent-free two-component epoxy primer

Middle: High-performance hot-melt adhesive

Outer: Radiation-crosslinked polyethylene
